Background
The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This RFP is for repair. NAVSUP WSS requests that contractors submit a quote that includes either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing as well as estimate costs to repair this item.

Work Details
This contract is for an indefinite quantity contract for a period of five years from the date of award or from exercise of each option. The authorized ordering activity under the Requirements Contracts is NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. Prices will be for Repair/Modification of the items specified on Attachment A hereto. The contractor shall furnish all effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of repairable assemblies in the V-22 System.

The contractor shall provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test and tooling equipment required to return the items to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a system of control over purchased parts and material. Purchased parts and material shall be inspected by the Contractor upon receipt at the Contractor’s facility to ensure conformance with all requirements of the applicable drawings and specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years from the date of award or from exercise of each option.

Place of Performance
The articles will be offered for acceptance at Government expense to the destinations specified in each order.
