Background
This RFP is for the renewal of LTC N0038321DYQ01. The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email.

The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification.

Work Details
Award under this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made under a five (5) year REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT. Orders may be issued up to five (5) years from date of award. The authorized ordering activity under the Indefinite Quantity Contracts is NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. Prices will be for Repair/Modification of the items specified on Attachment A hereto. All orders placed for repair during this time period shall be issued as Priced Orders.

Therefore, offerors should insert Firm-Fixed Prices for each year included in the Base and Option Periods. All parts necessary to effect repairs shall be furnished by the contractor and shall be considered to have been included in the price of repairs.

Period of Performance
Orders may be placed for articles to be serviced hereunder, during the period commencing on the date of execution of this contract and ending five (5) years from the date thereof, or the last day of any exercised option period, whichever is later.

Place of Performance
Material to be delivered FOB Origin at or near contractor's plant in the manner specified below.
