Background
This is a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Robertson Fuel Systems LLC. The contract applies to all orders issued under this agreement for repairs and/or modifications of government property, including the segregation of costs, inventory transaction reporting requirements, and the use of the Web-based Commercial Asset Visibility (WEBCAV) Reporting. The ordering period is for five years, and orders can be placed by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. The orders may be priced or unpriced, and each order constitutes a contract.

Work Details
The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include repairs and/or modifications of repairable assemblies in the H60/H53/V22 System, web-based commercial asset visibility reporting, preservation, packaging, packing and marking, inspection and acceptance at origin and destination, time of delivery, place of delivery - FOB origin (repair and repair parts), FMS delivery and shipping instructions, specification for consumable parts (contractor-furnished), government industry data exchange program (GIDEP), configuration management and controls, commercial asset visibility repairables portal (CAV RP) reporting.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years from the award date.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Robertson Fuel Systems LLC at 800 W Carver Rd Ste 101, Tempe, AZ 85284.
