Background
The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement. This RFP is for the renewal of LTC N0038318DNT01. NAVSUP WSS requests that contractors submit a quote that includes either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing as well as estimate costs to repair this item.
This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification.

Work Details
This solicitation will ultimately result in award of a five (5) year REQUIREMENTS contract. Prices will be for Repair/Modification of the items specified on Attachment A hereto, for a period of five (5) years from the date of award. The quantities shown are 's best estimates and are neither minimum nor maximum quantities.
All orders placed for repair during this time period shall be priced orders. Therefore, offerors should insert firm-fixed prices for each year included in the Base and Option Periods.

Period of Performance
The ordering period commences on the date of execution of this contract and ends five (5) years from the date thereof, or the last day of any exercised option period, whichever is later.

Place of Performance
