This requirement is issued in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, and is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0127 and is attached to this announcement. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) supply type contract. The applicable NAICS code for the requirement is 334519, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The procurement will be solicited as full and open competition with no exclusion of sources. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9.

Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from www.fbo.gov and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor's offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
