Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract N0017819D8352-N0016723F3002 awarded to Propulsor Technology (valued at $33,248,664, 01/26/23–01/18/28) appears closely related to this effort, as it required technical support for the design, development, manufacture, installation, inspection, and Integrated Library System (ILS) of advanced propulsors and standard Navy propellers. The current sources sought similarly calls for technical support across propulsor design & development, prototype manufacturing support, and propulsor manufacturing engineering/inspection activities. The overlap in scope areas and deliverable types suggests this opportunity may be a continuation or follow-on of the same propulsor technology support work.
