Incumbent Analysis
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on the prior Serco contract N0017819D8498-N0016421F3021 (valued at $74,205,898, 06/30/21–10/14/26), which provided program management, acquisition, engineering/technical support, test and evaluation, production management/IT, and post-delivery support for PMS 317. The current requirement similarly calls for professional support in engineering and program management areas including T&E program support, technical management, acquisition and life cycle management, ship design management support, and post-delivery test and trials support, suggesting continuity of the same PMS 317 mission support functions across the program lifecycle.
