Background
The Program Executive Office Ships (PEO Ships) Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program Office (PMS 317) is responsible for meeting the Navy and Marine Corps' current and future program needs.

This contract aims to establish a well-integrated Contractor Support team to assist PMS 317 in executing its responsibilities, particularly in engineering and program management. PMS 317 oversees various programs at different stages of the acquisition process, including the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC), Landing Craft Utility (LCU 1700), and others, focusing on acquisition, life cycle management, technical/system integration, production, testing, outfitting, and post-delivery support.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide professional support services in the following areas:
1. **Test and Evaluation Program Support**: Assist in planning, implementing, integrating, and monitoring T&E processes; facilitate T&E meetings; coordinate with T&E agencies for documentation development.
2. **Technical Management Support**: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the program lifecycle.
3. **Acquisition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) Support**: Assist in managing the acquisition process from concept through sustainment.
4. **Landing Craft Planning Yard Support**: Offer engineering support specific to landing craft operations.
5. **Fleet Support**: Provide operational support to fleet units as required.
6. **Ship Design Manager (SDM) Engineering Support**: Deliver engineering expertise related to ship design management.
7. **Integrated Data Environment (IDE)/Data Repository**: Manage data repositories for program information.
8. **Life Cycle Support**: Ensure ongoing support throughout the life cycle of platforms under PMS 317's cognizance.
9. **Surge and Special Studies**: Conduct special studies as directed by PMS 317.

The work will be performed at various locations as specified by PMS 317.
