Description

Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $2,487,539 cost-plus-fixed fee contract for Design Agent Engineering and Technical Support Services for the Phalanx Close-In Weapon System, SeaRAM, and Land-based Phalanx Weapon System. The contract base amount if fully funded is $59,145,208. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $302,339,573. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
