Description

This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), International Agreement. Raytheon Missile and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $39,293,592 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-22-C-5400 for fiscal year 2022/2023 U.S. Navy, Federal Republic of Germany and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurements for Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2/2B Guided Missile Round Pack (GMRP), spare replacement components and recertification.
