Lockheed Martin Corporation, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $11,164,234 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee letter contract for AEGIS development and test sites operation and maintenance at the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site, SPY-1A Test Facility and Naval Systems Computing Center. This contract contains options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $462,441,229. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
