SYNOPSIS: The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a competitive solicitation for FY24-28 Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and AN/SLQ-32C(V)6 Design Agent (DA), including engineering efforts to perform analysis and design, document engineering baselines, and modify systems, subsystems, and components for test and evaluation. NAVSEA intends to award one Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with support Cost CLINs. The contract would have a base year and 4 option years.
IMPORTANT: In order to be considered for contract award, each company must have a SECRET facility clearance by the time of award. Offerors must be a United States (U.S.) company or an independent U.S. subsidiary. The export of defense articles, defense services, and related technical data is subject ot the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and requires the issuance of an export license by the U.S. Department of State.

NAVSEA will issue the formal solicitation assoiated with this notice electronically via SAM at https://www.sam.gov which is the official Government Portal of Entry. The Government will not provide printed copies of the solicitation. Interested firms should continue to monitor SAM for the release of the solicitation.

DRAFT SOLICITATION and Bidder's Library: A DRAFT Sections B and C of the solicitation has been made available to industry. Please contact the contracting point(s) of contact below for instructions for obtaining the DRAFT solicitation. NAVSEA intends to make available a Bidder's Library to interested parties. A notice will be made to this posting when the Bidder's Library is available.
