Description

This notice serves as Redacted J&A posting fro IDIQ N00024-23-D-5109.

Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Surface Systems Contracts Division, intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) for system engineering support related to AEGIS Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

Work Details
The contractor will provide engineering and technical support for planning activities, including trade-off studies and preliminary evaluation of planned capabilities for the Combat System architecture. They will develop AEGIS Weapon System-level design requirements, perform system security requirements analysis, refactor software code, develop documentation, and provide engineering support through Preliminary Design Review (PDR).

Additionally, they will design and establish AEGIS Combat System sites, handle infrastructure design and installation of Government Furnished Equipment, and conduct initial computer program development with software coding through level 3 element testing.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have an ordering period of five years.
