Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Solutions, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $527,252,209 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, and cost-type definitization modification for the procurement, development, integration, logistics planning, test engineering, and installation of radar equipment, computer programs, and system security solutions in support of the Spanish F-110 Program. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $540,866,445. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(4) (International Agreement).
