Phoenix Data Center Re-Cabling Project - Phase III

Background
The Phoenix Data Center Re-cabling Project Phase III is initiated by the United States Department of Energy's Western Area Power Administration (WAPA). The mission of WAPA is to market and deliver reliable, cost-based hydroelectric power and related services.

This contract aims to enhance the infrastructure of the Phoenix Data Center through a comprehensive re-cabling initiative, ensuring improved operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation of new cabling systems within the Phoenix Data Center. Specific tasks involve:
1. Installation of structured cabling systems as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Adherence to provided floor plans and elevations for rack installations, including common SCADA rack elevations and proposed K-Row elevations.
3. Implementation of a project management plan that details the overall approach, testing methodology, and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Ensuring compliance with sustainable practices by utilizing biobased products and materials as defined in the contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period starting from March 16, 2026, with various milestones outlined in the project management plan.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Phoenix Data Center located at 615 South 43rd Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009.
