Background
The Lake Echo Bay Barge Breakwater Project is issued by the National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Pacific West Region (PWR) at Lake Mabo. The mission of the NPS is to preserve and protect the natural and cultural resources of national parks for the enjoyment of future generations.

This contract aims to enhance the infrastructure at Echo Bay through the construction of a breakwater, which is essential for protecting marine vessels and ensuring safe harbor conditions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all work related to the construction of a breakwater at Echo Bay. This includes but is not limited to:

The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The work must be performed in strict compliance with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work attached in Section J.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from October 7, 2024, to January 17, 2025. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within 90 calendar days thereafter.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at Echo Bay within Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Boulder City, NV.
