This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that as the result of amarket survey issued in 15 Dec 09, a competitive multiple award procurementfor engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration,installation, integration, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle supportservicesfor Infrastructure Protection purposes is anticipated. This is a follow-on tocontract number N65236-05-D-7861 and the incumbent is BAE Systems. Pleasenote a SECRET security clearance is required to perform the majority of thework and a small portion of the work will require TOP SECRET SCI securityclearance. The Government estimate for this effort is $249 million. A multipleaward, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ),performance based, level of effort type contract with a one (1) year baseperiodand four (4) one-year options is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code forthiseffort is 541330 with a size standard of $27 million. It is anticipated that aRFPmay be released in 4th quarter FY09. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) isattached.
