Background
The Department of Interior (DOI), through the Interior Business Center (IBC) and Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 140D0425R0070 for the establishment of a single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The goal of this contract is to procure enterprise building control system installation services at multiple United States Army Reserve facilities. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will perform site readiness assessments of building control systems at multiple locations. The scope includes evaluating the current state of control systems, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for future upgrades or integrations to meet operational requirements.

Core deliverables include:
1. Site Survey Reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for each assessed location;
2. System Inventory & Condition Assessments documenting existing building control systems and their operational status;
3. Gap Analysis identifying deficiencies in building automation, cybersecurity, and integration capabilities;
4. Recommendations & Corrective Action Plans prioritizing system enhancements and compliance;
5. An Executive Summary Report consolidating findings across all assessed sites;
6. A presentation to key stakeholders summarizing findings and recommendations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Task Order shall commence upon the date of the award and continue for a duration of 12 months, not to exceed the overarching contract term.

Multiple locations as identified in Attachment H.
