Background
The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to upgrade the existing Audio/Video conference room equipment for the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center located in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. The contract is expected to be awarded on 08/06/24, and the period of performance is from 08/06/2024 to 11/05/2024.

Work Details
The purpose of this SOW is to obtain services to upgrade the existing Audio/Video conference room equipment, as well as a one-year Basic Service Maintenance Agreement. The upgrade will include new vendor proprietary system equipment, integrated programming, changes, deinstallation of some existing equipment, and addition of audio/visual hardware to the existing suit of electronics. The scope includes system design and engineering, project management and coordination, product staging and testing, on-site product installation, low voltage cabling as it relates to the Audio-Visual system testing and commissioning by a field engineer. The deliverables include the upgrade of A/V system as outlined in the scope of work with successful testing of new hardware, software, parts, and a one-year basic service plan in place for one year beginning the day after acceptance of the upgraded system.
