MY2026 or Newer 17 m3 High-Roof Extra-Long Cargo Van - for the U.S. Embassy Ankara, Turkiye

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and delivery of one (1) brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer high-roof, extra-long closed cargo van. This vehicle is intended for official logistics, facilities, and mission-support cargo transportation.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of one high-roof, extra-long closed cargo van with approximately 17 m3 cargo volume. The vehicle must meet the following specifications:
- Closed panel/cargo van body
- High-roof and extra-long configuration
- White exterior unless otherwise accepted
- Cargo volume of at least 17 m3
- Internal dimensions: approximately 4,070 mm length, 1,870 mm width, and 2,172 mm height or better
- Sliding side cargo door
- Rear cargo doors with rear opening height of approximately 2,030 mm or better
- Low loading threshold of approximately 550 mm
- Minimum gross vehicle weight rating of 3,500 kg
- Manufacturer-supported Turkish/EU homologation for legal registration and road operation in Türkiye
- Front-wheel drive; engine: 2.2-liter class Euro 6Ebis/Euro 6D-Final or higher diesel engine producing at least 103 kW/140 HP and 350 Nm torque; paired with a six-speed manual transmission or better.

Required features include driver and passenger airbags; ABS with EBD; electronic stability control; traction control systems; tire pressure warning; cruise control; lane tracking support; autonomous emergency braking; air conditioning; Bluetooth radio; cargo tie-down hooks; and manufacturer-standard support equipment. The vehicle must include a manufacturer-backed warranty valid in Türkiye for a minimum of three (3) years or 100,000 km.

Period of Performance
The expected period of performance is until June 30th, 2026.

U.S. Embassy of Ankara - TÜRKİYE, located at 1480 Sokak No 1, Çukurambar, Çankaya, Ankara.

Bidder Requirements
Only manufacturer-authorized or certified sellers with proof of warranty/support capability in Türkiye will be considered. Local Türkiye offerors must provide local legal/vendor identity information.
