Solicitation N0042120Q0305 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with My Smart Logon SAS for line item(s) listed on this RFQ, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV databases prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.SAM.gov.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.

Invoicing payment will be made thru Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), TERMS: NET 30.
