My Employee Development Center Services

Background
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking to award a contract for administrative services and support for the My Employee Development Center (EDC).

The goal of this contract is to enhance the training and development of the Acquisition Workforce through effective administrative support. The contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures based on a time and materials approach with a fixed rate purchase order, emphasizing the importance of technical acceptability at the lowest price.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of administrative services at the My Employee Development Center (EDC) or virtually as assigned. Key tasks include:
- Providing in-person/hybrid customer service related to training and development.
- Supporting training operations, including logistical information dissemination.
- Signing in and escorting external instructors and students.
- Addressing email inquiries regarding trainings.
- Scheduling training conference rooms.
- Preparing daily training room assignment schedules.
- Coordinating with CMS IT to ensure training technology functions correctly.
- Organizing vendor close-out documents and processing them in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintaining shared files on SharePoint.
- Performing other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Candidates must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and experience with LMS.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base year from August 19, 2024, to August 18, 2025, followed by two option years: Option Year 1 from August 19, 2025, to August 18, 2026, and Option Year 2 from August 19, 2026, to August 18, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the My Employee Development Center (EDC), with some tasks potentially conducted virtually.
