Amendment 008 to this solicitation is to answer questions and add documents. These are the final questions and closing date is 11 December 2017 (noon) CDT.
THE RESULTANT CONTRACTS WILL BE A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) CONTRACTS.

A. This acquisition is a 100% Setaside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns.

B. Assigned NAICS Code is 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction", small business size standard is $36.5 Million.

C. The number of contracts that may be awarded as a result of this solicitation are a maximum of seven(7).

D. The estimated combined value of all task orders awarded under this contract vehicle over the five (5) year ordering period is $175 million.

E. Closing date will be 11 December 2017 at 12:00 (noon).

F. Commencement, Prosecution and Completion dates w ill be negotiated for each task order. See Clause 52.211-10

G. Performance and Payment Bonds, are applicable to individual Task Orders to include the Seed Project. Also a Bid Bond is applicable to the Seed Project (See contract clause 52.228-1 (Block 13.B.))
