The contactor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and other items or services necessary for the Musician Protestant Gospel Keyboard services at SHA Chapel, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa, Japan.

Note 1 : The project will be performed in its entirely in the country of Japan.

Note 2 : Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.

Note 3: Period of Performance: 1 May 2024 - 30 Apr 2025 with 2-year options years

Background
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and other items or services necessary for the Musician Protestant Gospel Keyboard services at SHA Chapel, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa, Japan.
The project will be performed entirely in Japan.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a Musician Protestant Gospel Pianist/Keyboardist to assist the Gospel congregation in worship at SHA Chapel, Sagamihara Housing Area (SHA), Japan. This includes playing the piano/keyboard for music worship, rehearsals, and special worship services. The contractor shall coordinate musical selections with the Chaplain Pastor and accompany choir/solo music presentations. They will also provide technical assistance to bring worship services to soldiers and their families.
