Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a Music Coordinator which is required for contemporary Protestant worship services utilizing a Praise Band aboard Marine Corps Base-Hawaii (MCB-H), Kaneohe Bay. Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement.

IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Background
This contract is issued by the Marine Corps Base-Hawaii (MCB-H) and aims to provide Music Coordinator services for contemporary Protestant worship services utilizing a Praise Band. The goal is to support the mission of the base by ensuring high-quality music ministry services are delivered during worship events.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Music Ministry Services, which include:

1. Ensuring that all contractor personnel are directed and supervised by management personnel of the contractor at all times.

2. Performing duties independently without supervision from Government officials or other Defense Contractors.

3. Complying with performance work standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

4. Not creating or modifying Federal policy, obligating appropriated funds, overseeing Federal employees, or providing direct personal services to Federal employees.

5. Controlling access to facilities and performing inspection and acceptance of completed work.

6. Complying with local military commander’s dress codes and ensuring that contractor performance does not interfere with Government work in shared areas.

7. Reporting any traffic accidents involving contractor personnel on base within one hour and providing necessary documentation within five workdays.

8. Paying all fines associated with traffic violations incurred during contract performance.
