Description

The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. Communication Systems under the authority for other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR
6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
