Munitions Storage Area - Amman Jordan Pre-solicitation Notice Amendment   3

The solicitation number for this requirement was redesignated for the anticipated year of award and will now be W912ER-22-R-0007. Please refer to the new solicitation number in all future correspondence. This is related to the previous W912ER-20-R-0014 and W912ER-20-R-0014v1 annoucements that are now replaced by W912ER-22-R-0007.

Changes have been made in the presolicitation notice reguarding the site visit date and submission requiremeents. Changes have been bolded in the announcment.

It is anticipated that a construction site-visit will be conducted on or about 12-JAN-2022. Personnel who are interested in participating are required to submit an application package to USACE for processing. No more than two personnel from each company are allowed to participate in the site visit. All completed forms and photos must be physically mailed to the address below:

Electronic and hard copies will be submitted to the U.S Government. The hardcopy packets will be received by the address above and reviewed by Jordanian Security for Base access.

Jordanian Citizens must submit the following forms:

a. 332 AEW Vetting Request Worksheet.xlsx (Included as an attachment to this post)

b. DMS Clearance Sheet.docx (Included as an attachment to this post)

c. DMS Application (Included as an attachment to this post)

d. Color copies of National ID Card, front and back.

e. 2 passport photos measuring 5cm x 5cm (photos must be same grade/quality used for national passport photos)

f. Copy of Family Book

Personnel who are from other countries, including U.S. Citizens, must submit the following forms:

a. 332 AEW Vetting Request Worksheet.xlsx

b. DMS Clearance Sheet.docx

c. DMS Application (Included as an attachment to this post)

d. Color copy of passport including the photograph.

e. 2 passport photos measuring 5cm x 5cm (photos must be same grade/quality used for national passport photos)

f. Color copy of Worker's Authorization Card

Companies that successfully prequalify for base access will be provided additional information regarding date, time, and arrival location. Companies that fail to qualify for base access will not be allowed to participate in the site-visit.
