Municipal Services (MS) - Janitorial for the 63d RD US Army Reserves_Region 5

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this solicitation for Municipal Services - Janitorial for the 63rd Readiness Division (RD) in Region 5 at multiple locations throughout CA. The types of services may include but are not limited to: Janitorial services such as space cleaning, floor care, and restroom services.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District (SWL) and the 63d RD have a requirement to provide Municipal Services - Janitorial Services on a regional basis.

Work Details
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is restricted as set-aside for eligible and responsible small business (SB) firms.

The period of performance is a three-year base and two one-year option years. The work includes providing Municipal Services Program (Janitorial Services) as required by the RFP, understanding of the current commercial standards, policies, procedures, and processes utilized in each of the service areas identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), difficulties, uncertainties and risks associated with each service area identified in the PWS, logical performance approach for each service area identified in the PWS, management & administration capabilities commensurate with the magnitude of the resulting contract, appropriate types of resources required to perform the work and their appropriate allocation to the work activities in multiple locations during weekdays, weekends, and holidays when applicable; personnel and subcontractors necessary to perform the work required by the RFP.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is a three-year base (B1 - 05/01/2023 TO 04/30/2024, B2 - 05/01/2024 TO 04/30/2025, B3 - 05/01/2025 TO 04/30/2026) plus two option years (OY1 - 05/01/2026 TO 04/30/2027, OY2 - 05/01/2027 TO 04/30/2028).

The contract will be performed at multiple locations throughout California including sites such as Patton Hall ARC/AMSA 94 (G), El Monte ARC, Garden Grove ARC, Los Alamitos JFTB/ECS 16/ASF 28, Van Deman Hall ARC, Thrall Hall ARC, Daniels Hall ARC, AMSA 32 (G), Holderman Hall ARC, Costa Mesa ARC, March AFRC, Bell AFRC, Tustin ARC 2.
