Multiple Trane Chiller Repair

JB Andrews is conducting market research to determine if Small Businesses with Multiple Award Schedules on GSA exist that would satisfy a requirement we have. We have three Trane branded chillers with the following serial numbers: U13M40038 U13M40039 U13M40036 We anticipate that the chillers will require the following work: De-energize Chiller and perform lockout/tagout. Recover refrigerant charge for reclaim. (Only U13M40038 and U13M40039) Purge circuit with nitrogen and replace both compressors and liquid line drier. (Only U13M40036) Purge circuit with nitrogen and replace condenser coil and liquid line drier Pressurize circuit and perform follow-up leak check. Evacuate circuit and perform vacuum regain testing. Charge circuit with new R-410A refrigerant to factory specified amount. (Only U13M40038 and U13M40039) Install new compressor heaters and replace existing compressor contactors on Circuit-1 Install new compressor heaters and replace existing compressor contactors on Circuit-1. Restore chiller power. Test and verify proper operation. Save chiller service report and return chiller to normal service Any replacement parts must meet or exceed Trane's OEM parts specifications and all work must be done in accordance with their service guidelines.
