Background
The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center, Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials to perform all work in connection with the MATOC for construction projects valued between $2,000.00 to $20,000,000.00. The site for the MATOC and all task orders are The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia PA 19104.

Work Details
The work includes health care construction projects such as new hospital construction, hospital renovations, and projects generally associated with the maintenance and expansions of hospital campuses. The solicitation will include a comprehensive list of items required for performance.
The acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be conducted under Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The VA anticipates awarding no more than 5 MATOC contracts in response to this solicitation. The acquisition includes seed project #642-16-103, “Replace Domestic Water Piping System Building 1 Phase 2”, with an estimated magnitude between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
The Period of Performance will be 300 calendar days.
