Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Hawaii   3

Background
The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to acquire real property repair, maintenance, minor construction, demolition, and work plan/non-work plans on an as-needed basis in support of Directorate of Public Works, U.S. Army Garrison and other various customers at Department of Defense locations within the state of Hawaii. The contract has a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods with a minimum guarantee of $2,000.00 for each Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) contract. The estimated annual maximum combined value for all awarded contracts is $25,000,000.00 per year with a maximum total contract value of $137,500,000.

Work Details
The contract requires real property repair, maintenance, demolition, work plan/non-work plans, and minor construction for United States Army Garrison (USAG) Hawaii Areas of Responsibility (AoR), and other various customers as needed. The work may be required at multiple military sites including but not limited to Helemano, Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, Camp Stover, Tripler Army Medical Center, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Fort Shafter, Fort DeRussy, Fort Ruger, Mokuleia, Kahuku, Kaena Point, Waianae Army Recreation Center, Pohakuloa Training Area and Kilauea Military Camp.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods with a maximum contract value of $137,500,000.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various military sites including those listed in the work details section.
