Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to establish multiple award IDIQ contracts for up to 60-month leases of A3 Multi-functional devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices. These devices include installation and removal, full- service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), end-user training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a total estimated maximum of up to $42.5 Million for the up to 60 month lease of A3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS), and limited to a 50 mile (81 kilometer) radius and within the same country (or countries) as listed on the delivery schedule.

Work Details
The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security. The devices shall meet specific requirements outlined in the solicitation including TAA compliance, simplex/duplex copying, printing, scanning, inline finishing functions, automatic document feeder, support for current desktop and server operating systems, print drivers capable of Page Description Language (PDL) to support Adobe PS3 and PCL6, external surge protector with minimum five-year warranty, secure scanning functionality complying with Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 or 140-3 encryption, CAC/Personal Identity Verification (PIV) enablement for secure device use, integration with print on-demand solution for flexible printing options, and secure scanning functionality with routing and full integration to standard network infrastructure destinations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of up to 60 months.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg (BENELUX), Spain, Romania, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Djibouti, Oman Bahrain and Kuwait.
