Multiple Award Notice - GSA South MATOC IDIQ On Ramp to increase award pool. (Construction)

Subject: Award Notification SOUTH MATOC IDIQ

The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Northwest/Arctic Region announces the award of two Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts for general construction services in the states of Oregon and Washington. These contracts increase the current award pool of the subject MATOC IDIQ.

The IDIQ contracts are awarded without discussions with Offerors in accordance with Section II.A of The Solicitation, FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition.

The on-ramp MATOC IDIQ have been awarded to the following small businesses:

Task Order Requests for Proposals (TO RFP) will be issued in accordance with the ordering procedures established in the contract and that which provide fair opportunity for all awardees per FAR 16.505.

The period of performance of this on-ramp contract awards is April 5, 2022, through July 31, 2023.

The contract maximum value (CMV) is $40,000,000, this contract is ceiling is shared across the award pool.
