Multiple Award Handyman IDIQ   7

Background
The Handyman contract is for a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects on real property at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC and base satellite locations, as required, in support of the 11th Civil Engineering Squadron (11 CES). The contracting office will issue a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) and resulting task orders to the Contractor for accomplishing the identified work. The contract will be a multiple award construction contract (MACC), fixed-priced, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract and will require a wide variety of individual construction tasks to be performed as individual projects to be issued as task orders against the basic contract.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to furnish all requirements including but not limited to materials, labor, plans, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, quality assurance, and technical design support the basic contract specifications and individual Handyman Task Order (TO) requirements. The applicable construction standards in Section 38 shall be used as the minimum standard for building code compliance, quality and general requirements applicable to every project. Period of Performance
The initial project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The seed project will be awarded at time of funds availability. There will be an initial one (1) year ordering period with four (4), one (1) year option periods.
