Multiple Award Construction Contract- Sheppard AFB and Altus AFB   8

Background
The MACC is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract including various construction disciplines/categories such as electrical, mechanical, painting, engineering/design, paving, flooring, roofing, structural repair, fencing installation, HVAC, and fire suppression/protection system installation. The work shall be accomplished in strict adherence to the contract documents and industry or regulatory standards, identified by individual Task Orders. The acquisition will require a contractor with experience and expertise capable of managing multiple task orders simultaneously, which will require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades. The selected contractor will be required to hold all applicable licenses, permits and/or certificates and any other items necessary to perform work; and will be responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors hold the same.

Work Details
The construction tasks under the contract include work in different types of facilities including administrative, industrial, warehouses, hangars, etc. The contract also requires the contractor to manage multiple task orders simultaneously and perform construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in various construction trades.

Place of Performance
The performance locations are Sheppard AFB and Lake Texoma, Texas; Altus AFB Clinton-Sherman Airfield and Frederick Airfield, Oklahoma; and Ebbing Field, Arkansas.
