This acquisition will provide facility repairs and renovations in multiple buildings, trailers, and labs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dahlgren, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, Wallops Island, VA, the Naval Observatory and Pumpkin Neck Annex Explosive Experimental location in King George, VA. Operation and execution are primarily focused in repairing, upgrading, and nonstructural construction in accordance with and not exceeding Category II of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering & Construction Bulletin Issue No.2006-04.

-Amendment 0001 is issued to remove Mandatory Requirement 1: Facilitiy Security Clearance and Mandatory Requirement 2: Personnel Security Clearance.

-Amendment 0002 is issued to clarify the requirements for Factor 2 - Past Performance.
