Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK –Presolicitation Notice   2

Background
The Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Department of the Air Force, specifically the 673D Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.

The MACC is designed to supplement the in-house capabilities of the 673 and 773 Civil Engineer Squadrons to perform minor construction, facility repair/alteration, and real property repair/alteration projects as needed. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure that these essential services can be provided efficiently and effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and general conditions to accomplish design, repair, and minor construction projects in a timely manner.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to: facility upgrades, utility work, airfield improvements, and various repair and alteration projects. Specific tasks may involve multiple trades such as carpentry, hazardous material abatement and removal, demolition, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing, concrete masonry, welding, and paving. Additionally, design and stamped engineered drawings are often required for these projects.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period for this MACC will span five years from November 22, 2026 through November 21, 2031.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.
