Amendment 05 : - Updated Section L-2.3 Specific Instructions; Update Attachment 30 - Past Performance Package extend the due date on the Past Performance Questionnaire Memorandum within package to match the solicitation, incorporate Attachment 38 Questions and Answers, Update Attachment 13 Statement of work MACC, and update Attachment 32 to incorporate Questions and Answers to the RFP as Attachment 8.

Amendment 03 Block 3 Effective Date - is dated 23 Jun 2021 in error. It should be 21 Jun 2021. However, this still is an Amendment and the information in the amendment is accurate and will still be considered active with this solictation as of 21 Jun 2021.

Add an additional site visit date. The additional site visit date is Wednesday 23 Jun 2021 at 12:00 PM CDT.
Please submit name(s) for attendance by 8:00 AM 23 Jun 2021.
Questions will be due by Friday 25 Jun at 1:00 PM CDT.
Ensure to annotate when submitting name(s) for attendance on whether or not the individual has access to the base.

This amendment will also incorporate an amendment in Attachment 32 Convert Mission Planning Cell B-380 (Seed Project).

A. To ensure potential offerors know the PPI Tool MUST be requested as outlined in Amendment 2 and in this notice below. If not requested then the offeror will not be able to submit Past Performanc. beta.Sam will not let Attachment L-31 upload into the system.

FA4460-21-R0009-Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)/Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Little Rock AFB, AR Previously Posted as FA4460-21-R0005.

Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for sustainment, restoration, and modernization for general construction projects in support of the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES). Construction projects to be performed under this MACC include, but are not limited to, new construction of buildings and structures, alteration and repair of buildings, structures, roads, grounds, roofs, specialty construction, utilities including Jet-A fuel systems, demolition of structures and building and miscellaneous construction services including hazardous material waste removal (i.e. asbestos, lead based paint, etc.). Types of facilities may include administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, medical, training, ranges, roads, etc. Work may also include design/build from concept to full 100% design. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is a must for projects under this MACC. Description of work will be identified in each individual task order.
