Description

As a quick update to the current status of evaluations and to clear any confusion over the timeline, evaluations are ongoing and are likely not to be completed prior to the end of the current fiscal year. This is due to a number of factors, not the least of which is manning. The Source Selection Team is diligently working nonetheless and is optimistic about an early FY '14 award.
