The Pertinent MACC acquisition information is as follows:

a. Contract Type: Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

b. Period of Performance: A base period of five (5) years and two (2) one (1) year option periods

c. Number of Contracts: Target of five (5) awardees

d. Min/Max: The minimum guaranteed amount for the life of each awarded contract is $500.00 (equivalent in EURO); the total aggregate maximum amount expendable for all awarded contracts is $45,000,000.00

The seed project in this solicitation is a tangible work which the Government will award as the first task order under the new MACC as the result of this source selection. See Attachment 3a Seed Project Renovate Meeting Hall Bldg. 105 - Solicitation Details.

Information in Block 11 and 12 of the solicitation pertains to the seed project task order.

Magnitude for the seed project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00; upon availability of funds.

In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the United States of America, any contract resulting from this notice/solicitation can only be entered into with companies authorized to carry out these activities in Spain under Spanish law. Companies must meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of Government works. In addition, in accordance with the Agreement of Defense Cooperation between the U.S.A. and the Kingdom of Spain, Annex 6, Article 1 (5) " Spanish material, labor, and equipment shall be used whenever feasible and consistent with the requirements".
