Description

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), on behalf of the
Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) International Program Office
(IPO) issues a Full and Open Request for Proposal (RFP) for production of MIDS Low
Volume Terminals (LVT), spares, MIDS-LVT Block Upgrade 2 (BU2) retrofits, and
engineering services to include repairs. The Government anticipates to award one or
more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts which will include a one five-
year ordering period.
Background
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) is issuing a Full and Open Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) International Program Office (IPO).

The goal of this contract is to produce MIDS Low Volume Terminals (LVT), provide spares, perform MIDS-LVT Block Upgrade 2 (BU2) retrofits, and offer engineering services including repairs.

The Government anticipates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a five-year ordering period.
