Multifunction Copiers - Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center & Nevada Skies Youth Wellness Center

Background
The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide multifunctional black and white, color printer/copier/scan/fax/finisher, supplies, and preventive maintenance services for the Desert Vision Youth Wellness Center in Sacaton, Arizona 85147 and the Nevada Skies Youth Wellness Center in Wadsworth, Nevada 89442. The contract also includes the removal and disposal of existing equipment. The period of performance is the base year plus four option years.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a total of 6 multifunctional black and white, color printer/copier/scan/fax/finisher machines, along with supplies and preventive maintenance services for the specified locations. Maintenance services should include all parts, labor, materials, and other associated costs as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Routine maintenance will be done twice a year during normal business hours. Additionally, the contractor must provide a service report each time an inspection is accomplished.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes the base year plus four option years.

The contract will be performed at the Desert Vision Youth Wellness Center in Sacaton, Arizona 85147 and the Nevada Skies Youth Wellness Center in Wadsworth, Nevada 89442.
