The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is seeking contractor services to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other non-personnel services necessary to perform project management, loan application underwriting, and loan closing administration for loan applications under Sections 223(a)(7) refinancing of existing multifamily rental housing, 223(f) purchase or refinancing of existing multifamily rental housing, and 221(d)(4) new construction or substantial rehabilitation of rental housing services as defined in the Performance Work Statement, Attachment A.

Background

The work includes multifamily loan underwriting and closing support services. The contract includes tasks such as loan underwriting for different sections (223(f), 223(a)(7), 221(d)(4)), loan closing for different sections (223(f), 223(a)(7), 221(d)(4)), regular reports, transition in services, and transition out services.
