Background
The solicitation is for Multi-Function Support Services (MFSS) at Naval Station Mayport, Florida and outlying areas supported by this command. The requirement includes but is not limited to Custodial; Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management; Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping; and other related services.

Work Details
The SOW contains detailed information on the tasks and services to be completed under the contract. It includes General Information, Management and Administration requirements, Performance Objectives, Related Information, and Performance Standards that are relevant to the technical annexes. The SOW also specifies the organization of information and requirements in a standardized manner.
