Background
The contract is issued by the NAVFAC Engineering Systems Command SE, which oversees the management and operation of Navy Reserve Centers (NRC) that serve as training facilities for Navy and Marine Reservists.

The goal of this contract is to provide Multi-Function Support Services (MFSS) at NRC Miami, FL; NRC West Palm Beach, FL; and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division in Dania Beach, FL. These services are essential for maintaining operational readiness and supporting the training activities of reservists throughout the year.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform the following services: Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial Services, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, and Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping.

The work will include recurring tasks such as regular maintenance and inspections as well as non-recurring tasks that may arise. The contractor must adhere to performance objectives and standards outlined in various annexes associated with the contract.
