Multi-Function Copiers - Long Term Lease

ACQUISTION TYPE
A best value award is being considered for this requirement, and will be based on agency past performance, technical evaluations, tested product specifications, and contractor's proposal, and description of work that best meets or exceeds all standards in the stated requirements for: configurations, capabilities, descriptions, functions, specifications, safety, and security. The resultant award will be firm fixed price.

RFI RESPONSES
In response to this Request for Information, vendors should provide product specifications for products that meet all of the technical requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
In addition, vendors should provide a description or copy of industry standard terms and conditions, especially as they relate to contract term, option years and termination costs.
Vendors must also confirm that multi-function devices (MFDs) can be delivered AND FULLY INSTALLED to include software and operator training within 30 days. Vendors can also address any issues that may preclude them from meeting all requirements of the PWS.

Questions will be accepted and addressed at any point during the open period of the RFI. Reponses will be due to Valerie Panacio / Contracting Officer at Valerie.panacio@fema.dhs.gov by COB Thursday, February 22, 2018. No extensions beyond this date will be considered.
