Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, FL awarded a sole-source contract for the Undergraduate Military Flight Officer (UMFO) Multi-Crew Simulator (MCS) device 2B51 Block II hardware and software modifications. The recipient is CAE USA, Inc. which is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the legacy MCS aircrew training systems hardware and software components. The MCS is comprised of baseline software, to which the Government does not have rights.
