Muffle Furnace and accessories in support of Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Background
The Nuclear Nonproliferation Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking to procure an Industrial Process Furnace and accessories or a qualified domestic equivalent. The goal of this contract is to support the laboratory's mission by providing essential equipment for their operations.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of a Muffle Furnace and associated accessories. The specifications include:
- Muffle Furnace with software for automatic temperature control and scheduling of measurements.
- Temperature Range: Ambient +5C to 500C (Air) and up to 750C (Ni).
- Power Requirements: 220V/1ph/50/60 Hz / 20AMP.
- Heater Wattage: 3000 Watt.
- Warranty: 1 year.

Accessories include:
1. TPS-FURNACE-2 insert with integrated sample holder (1 each).
- Maximum sample size: 100 x 100 x 40 mm.
- Environment: Vacuum or low pressure backfilled conditions.

2. TPS-M-DS Mica insulated TPS Sensor (1 each).
- Temperature Range: up to 750C/1000C, requires Standard or Tube Furnace.
- Radius: 6.6 mm.

Offerors must provide a firm fixed price quote including delivery schedule, and any tariffs must be stated separately. Offerors must also explain any exceptions taken to the solicitation requirements.
