MT-YT & CF Excitation System Upgrade   2

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is responsible for managing water resources in the western United States. This contract focuses on upgrading the excitation systems at the Yellowtail and Canyon Ferry Dams located in Fort Smith and Helena, Montana. The goal is to replace outdated equipment to ensure reliable operation and compliance with modern standards.

Work Details
The contract involves the upgrade of excitation systems for both Yellowtail and Canyon Ferry Dams. The specific tasks include:
- Furnishing new components as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Removing existing control components and installing modern equipment.
- Providing configuration files, testing, and commissioning of exciters for each generating unit.

The major components include:
- ECS2100 to DECS2100 Front End Retrofit for Canyon Ferry (3 units) and Yellowtail (4 units).
- Optional BCM-2 for both facilities.
- Voltage regulation accuracy minimum of 0.1%.
- Control module design must fit within existing control board footprint without additional modifications.
- All labor, tools, parts, materials, designs, drawings, manuals, software, configuration files, and transportation are included.
