MT I90 Federal Properties - Full Facilities Services

Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to provide full facilities services for several federal properties in Montana, including operations and maintenance (O&M), custodial services, integrated pest management, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective management and upkeep of these facilities to support their operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities.
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and other related services.
- Grounds maintenance including landscaping and snow removal.
- Custodial services to maintain cleanliness in various areas such as restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Integrated pest management to control pests effectively while ensuring safety.
- Compliance with quality control programs to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
- Development of a staffing plan that includes key personnel qualifications and training requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-month base period with options to extend on a monthly basis for up to an additional seven months, totaling a potential duration of twelve months.

The services will be performed at the following locations in Montana:
1. James F. Battin U.S. Courthouse, 2601 2nd Avenue North, Billings, MT 59101
2. Federal Building and U.S. Post Office, 10 E Babcock Street, Bozeman, MT 59715
3. Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 400 N Main Street, Butte, MT 59701.
