Background
The United States Department of State, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is issuing this solicitation for maintenance services and spare parts for the Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission in Haiti.

The MSS mission aims to support the Haitian National Police (HNP) in combatting gang violence amidst a severe security crisis and collapsing healthcare infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to ensure operational efficiency for MSS personnel by providing necessary maintenance and logistical support.

Work Details
The contractor will provide rapid and extensive maintenance and spare parts for MSS mission equipment, including vehicles, weapons, night vision devices, and radios.

Key tasks include:
1. Maintenance Support: Regular checks and repairs to ensure equipment is fully operational; facilities must be secured 24/7 with necessary tools and labor.
2. Procurement Support: Ordering, receiving, and transporting spare parts; knowledge of vendors is required.
3. Communication: Prompt response to support calls 24/7 with a target completion time of 1-7 days for maintenance requests without spare parts.
4. Certified Personnel: Access to licensed experts dedicated solely to MSS mission support.

Period of Performance
